50 yards from the beach, Trevarthian Holiday Homes is a family business focusing on quality self-catering accommodation in the beautiful town of Marazion, Cornwall. All our properties are located opposite the large sandy beach and St Michael’s Mount.

Our self-catering accommodation ranges in size from single bedroom apartments to a three-bedroom option sleeping five.

This large Victorian building is divided into spacious apartments, each individually unique in style and all can be viewed online. Trevarthian House has a large private car park, pretty gardens and some fantastic sea-views.

      Trevarthian Holiday Homes is a family business focusing on quality self-catering accommodation in Marazion, Cornwall. All our properties are located opposite Marazion Beach and St Michael’s Mount. The properties are managed by Sean Cattran and have been part of the Cattran family business for three generations. This means we know our properties very well and care for them as we would our own homes. We are not an agency and do not look after any properties that are not owned by us.

    From Trevarthian House it is just a two-five minute walk to the safe sandy beach, children’s playground, village pubs, restaurants, galleries, shops, bus-routes for Lands End, St Ives, Penzance. Marazion offers not only a great beach but also the famous tidal island and castle of St Michael’s Mount, known as the ‘Jewel in Cornwall’s crown’. A must-see for any visit to the South West. The town also offers an excellent central location to explore all of West Cornwall and beyond, from Lands End to the Tate Gallery in St Ives and from the Minack Theatre to the Eden Project.
