Saltings on Porthmeor

Welcome to Saltings at Porthmeor

Saltings on Porthmeor is a micro collection of three properties that all border Porthmeor beach in St Ives. Great views come as standard as do the quirky and functional interiors.

With St Ives literally on the doorstep, restaurants, galleries, shops and more are very easy to reach. But drawing yourself away from these views is going to be hard.

    UPPER SALTINGS

Our largest home with high ceilings, plenty of space and quite possibly the best bunk room you’ve ever seen. Sleeping up to 10, this is a space where you can pass many hours, sat in the window seat, cooking dinner with a view to remember or enjoying the company of your guests around the dining table.

    OLD SALTINGS

Sat beneath Upper Saltings, this family home was refurbished with St Ives in mind just a few years ago. Teak panel clad walls, a ‘boat’ themed kitchen, desk space, children’s table and chairs, and three marvellous bedrooms. Enter via an ancient front door that will lead you to the beach in seconds, this is an amazing balance of the history of the building and modern facilities.

    22 PIAZZA

22 Piazza is the latest to be refurbished and is perfectly suited to couples wanting stunning sea views, plenty of light and the convenience of being in the heart of town. A super king bed, dishwasher, washer/dryer, WiFi and all the other mod cons make this an easy space to spend time.

We’ve had a wonderful week at Upper Saltings (and can’t wait to book it again!)
