Our family business is called Fuertefire because it reflects our Spanish and British fusion and translates as Strong or Robust heat. All our cooking is done outdoors, in our street food kitchen on the griddle or, a la plancha and our food is enhanced by the inclusion of our own handmade sauces, jams and chutneys.
As part of our business we believe in sustainability to reduce waste and carbon omissions. We continually review our business to ensure we protect our environment. All our dishes are served to you in Compostable Packaging.
Our hot and cold food is inspired by the wonderful and varied styles of street food we have encountered from around the world. We put our own unique spin on classic and contemporary food. Our street food business caters for the omnivore, vegetarian and vegan offering gluten free options too. Importantly, we ensure our meat products are cooked separately from our Vegetarian and Vegan food. We have a divided line where Andy cooks his tasty meats and Michele cooks her creative vegan and vegetarian food.
