More Things to do...

  • Step back in time at the atmospheric Tintagel Old Post Office, originally a 14th-century farmhouse, with its famously wavy roof. Now managed by the National Trust there are regular family events such as Victorian bread making and music in the cottage garden
  • If the kids want a short break from all that Cornish culture, let them have a blast at the local skateboard park at Tintagel Playing Fields or there’s a great little amusement arcade called Camelot opposite the old post office
  • Take a walk up to windswept Glebe Cliff and visit the ancient church of St Materiana’s. Little changed for over 900 years, the church is a fine example of Norman architecture and contains an array of historic artefacts
