Cormorant Cruising Boat Trips
Explore the breathtaking scenery and magnificent coastline which surrounds the village of Mousehole onboard the Cormorant. It’s a great way to see the beautiful Cornish Coast from the sea.
The small fishing port of Mousehole has an abundance of charm and character. It’s the perfect destination for a visit during your holiday, with a host of good restaurants, shops and galleries surrounding its picturesque harbour. The very best way to appreciate the beautiful views of this part of the Cornish coast is to join us for a boat trip.
Cormorant Cruising is now in the capable hands of local skipper Neil Brockman, building on a business created by Mike & Maxine Collier in 2013. Neil is a Mousehole boy born and bred with a lifetime of maritime experience. He was coxswain of the Penlee Lifeboat from 1993 until 2008 serving a total of 30 years with the RNLI. He continued his maritime career working as a Master all over the world in the offshore renewable energy industry.
Neil has an extensive knowledge of Mount’s Bay, its rugged coastline, caves, rocks, wrecks and maritime history. He will share his first hand experience of daring rescues, lifesaving and fishing in Mount’s Bay, show some amazing photos, telling tales of smuggling and Spanish galleons, and highlight various points of interest as you steam gently up and down the coast - you definitely won’t be disappointed!
Wheelchair access is possible from our berth in Newlyn Harbour - email for details. A medium level of fitness is required to board the vessel via granite steps on the South Pier in Mousehole.
