Woodfired Sessions - Helm & The All Star Band Sunday 28th May Beautiful, layered and evocative soundscapes as Helm returns to the Woodfired Sessions.
Hailing from Cornwall and described as 'a treat to the auditory senses', Helm & the All Star Band's sound is a lush blanket of harmonies, draped over a twisting landscape of stories. Their collection of heartfelt songs tell tales of Helm's life and travels, and of himself, backed by some sweet country slide guitar and a group of fine musicians.

Movies on the Lizard Finding Nemo
Join us for 'Movies on the Lizard' where we screen fantastic, feelgood films in a spectacular outdoor cinema. Cosy up and relax in the most breathtakingly scenic spot you'll ever watch a movie... Popcorn will be available as well as dishes from our specifically curated movie menu.
For this session we will be screening the iconic family classic 'Finding Nemo'. Setting the standard for animated films that can be enjoyed by adults and tiny ones alike, this wonderful, academy award winning production from the Disney Pixar studios will entertain the whole family, and what better setting to enjoy an aquatic adventure than looking out on miles of rugged Cornish coastline!

Another classic family favourite, Encanto was a huge hit in 2021 and with good reason. It is the singalong story of a Colombian teenage girl who has to face the frustration of being the only member of her family without magical powers. As with many Disney films, the characters are enchanting and the storyline full of positive messages as they overcome moral dilemmas and challenges. And remember, we don’t talk about Bruno!

Two highly experienced musicians playing a wide variety of music that includes many well known and well loved songs.
David and Richard, who collectively form Off The Hook, are two highly experienced musicians playing a wide variety of music that includes many well known and well loved songs. They also perform a smattering of lesser known gems plus a few of their own, well crafted, compositions. They formed the duo in 2017 but have played together, on and off, for many years in various different formats. Over the years they have played pop, blues, soul, reggae, indie, rock and folk and all of these are reflected in their current eclectic set.
Off The Hook play regularly at many venues in Cornwall and have become a popular and well known local act that appeals to young and old alike.
