Festive magic at The Eden Project
December 1st - December 30th
Father Christmas, with his sleigh and merry elves in tow, will return to the Eden Project this festive season for a new interactive, theatrical experience.
On select dates from December 1, families will join Father Christmas in his cosy “log cabin” in the heart of the Eden site. There, they will be regaled with a festive story and children can post their letters to the North Pole. As part of the 40-minute experience, each child will be given the chance to meet Father Christmas and leave with a gift they can grow for many years to come.

Taking place on select evenings from December 1, Eden’s magnificent Rainforest Biome will be transformed into a tropical wonderland where a unique light and soundscape presentation will explore humanity’s connection to the natural world and encourage visitors to think about what nature means to them. Meanwhile, in the enchanting Mediterranean Biome, live musicians will perform an array of Christmas classics with a 1920s jazz twist. Setting the scene throughout the Biome will be beautiful twinkling lights, with a spectacular illuminated centrepiece suspended above the Citrus Grove.
In addition, Eden’s sparkling ice rink will be dressed to include a special Christmas theme for the season and festive lights will illuminate the journey from the Visitor Centre to the Biomes.
