Our beginner surf lessons include a safety brief, talk on rip currents (including how to avoid and get out of one safely), an introduction to your equipment and the important practical lesson on how to catch waves and stand up on your board (we have a 95% stand up rate on our lessons)

### Itinerary

Our beginner surf lessons include a safety brief, talk on rip currents (including how to avoid and get out of one safely), an introduction to your equipment and the important practical lesson on how to catch waves and stand up on your board (we have a 95% stand up rate on our lessons). When booking your surf lesson, do let us know if it is your first time experience or whether you are aiming to progress your surfing to the next level. 

Please ensure you arrive **15 minutes early** for your lesson to allow time to get changed and meet your instructor, you should also allow time after the lesson to get changed. The duration of the lesson itself is 2 hours but the whole experience lasts for 2.5 hours.
