Callestick Farm Ice Cream is located in the heart of Cornwall - just a stones throw away from the North Cornish coast, nestled in a valley farmed by the Parker family for 70 years!
Located on site is the Callestick Ice Cream Parlour - which includes cosy indoor seating & a sheltered sun trap courtyard serving lunches, hot & cold drinks, our ever popular Cornish cream teas (remember - jam first!) & of course our wide range of ice cream and dessert offerings! We are perfect for an afternoon to relax in our sunny courtyard, to stop by after a day at the beach, or to shelter in our warm tea room when the Cornish weather is doing it's thing!

Our history
Callestick Farm Ice Cream was born on the 28th July 1989! We developed a recipe using fresh farm milk and local cream, and set about making different ice cream flavours using second hand equipment in a section of the barn we now use as the Ice Cream Parlour. Back then selling only to a handful of local retailers & chefs.
As the brand grew, our retail range started being stocked in Westcountry supermarkets Sainsburys, Tesco, Safeway & Somerfields. It was in the early 2000s that things started to snowball. It was then our theatre tubs were stocked and sold at the Hall for Cornwall. We also developed a small tub of our Clotted Cream ice cream for patients at the Royal Cornwall hospital (both establishments which we still supply today).
In 2001 we started supplying the now famous Eden Project. We enjoyed a long relationship, supplying daily to satisfy demands for the 2 Million visitors flocking there every year at that time.
In 2019, after a businessman from China visited Cornwall, tried our quality ice cream and loved it, discussions started and before we knew it, we were sending our ice cream in a shipping container to start its long voyage to Shanghai, China. We sent numerous containers over the months that followed and received a lot of press and interest - we couldn’t believe it ourselves!
In 2022 we announced our new, exciting contract with none other than Marks & Spencer - with the aim to fulfil and extend their Cornish dairy ice cream range. Going forward, we have many exciting plans for the future of Callestick Farm Ice Cream!
