Climbing? Kayaking? Paddle Boarding?

We are a family run business, established in 2007. From July 2018 we have been based in the beautiful fishing town of Looe in Cornwall. We run a climbing wall out of The Old Sardine Factory in West Looe; as well as Canoeing, Kayaking and Paddle Boarding trips along the river and shoreline. We also offer land based outdoor activities such as: mountain biking, bush craft, camping and hill walking. All within Cornwall and Devon. Our aim, is to let you have fun, make you laugh and for you to make memories that will last a lifetime.

  • Climbing

Opened in 2018, our Climbing Wall has 6 roped climbs*, and a low level traversing wall. Suitable for beginners and the more experienced climber, looking for a quiet indoor wall to practice and enhance their skills.  We have automatic belay units on 3 climbs, including a chimney climb.

* Due to Covid we will be using the three Automatic belay units only at present.

  • Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Canoeing

Learn basic paddle boarding or kayaking skills on one of our beautiful trips on the Looe river. Spot an abundance of wildlife on this magical journey, as you leave the hustle and bustle of the town behind.  All our water activities are tide and weather dependant. If the weather conditions prevent the activity taking place we will offer you an alternative date. We do run the activity in the rain, and we only cancel if weather conditions make the activity unsafe.

We provide the kayak, paddleboard or canoe, and buoyancy aid. All equipment is disinfected between use.  We do have wet suits to hire for £5 each, however due to the cleaning processes these are very limited at present.

  • Navigation, Bushcraft and Wild Camping

Do you want to learn more about navigation, to feel more confident with your map and compass, and take yourself on hikes and adventures?  Then why not join us on one of our guided walks on Dartmoor, where we will teach you the basics of navigation.  We will cover the following to help you improve your map reading skills,

How to set your map and compass
