CSTX offers sailing and watersports opportunities for age 6 to 106 on both the idyllic Helford River and a 10-acre freshwater lake near Helston. RYA-qualified Instructors teach beginners and experienced sailors in small groups, building confidence and competence on the water or you can take to the lake of your own accord, with wild swimming and self launch or hire of kayaks and paddleboards on site – wetsuits, buoyancy aids and hot showers included!

Trevassack Lake is fully accessible from the roadside car park, down through the site to the waterside café – and even out on the water with accessible watercraft and hoists operated by our experienced staff. With a fleet of 80 boats from steady Optimists to go-fast Laser Pico  dinghies, rowing boats, kayaks, paddleboards and a Mega SUP, there’s something for everyone. Bespoke sailing lessons and the RYA Powerboat Level 2 course are also available - for session times and prices see our website.

From learning to sail on the river to splashing about on the lake, CST Experiences also offer events with a dual aspect, waterside function room. Organise a birthday party with watersports then indoor games or take advantage of the stunning and unique setting by planning your wedding by the lake.
