Sailing 7 days a week April to October each year, the Place Ferry along with the St Mawes Ferry forms part of the South West Coast Path saving walkers at least an extra days walking in land.
The ferry not only makes up part of the South West Coast Path, but from Place Creek passengers can head out on a selection of achievable short walks and discover the Roseland Peninsula.
With its white sandy beaches, St Anthony's lighthouse, defensive fortifications, church and spectacular walks, this inspiring peninsula is one of the most delightful Areas of Outstanding Natural
Beauty in the South West. It’s also ideal for dog walkers!
