Walkaboutwest is based in Cornwall and specialises in guided walks and tours in and around the wonderful region. Blue Badge Tour Guide, Mark Camp, has been leading walks since 2000, but has been exploring the area for over 45 years!

His main interests are history, be it industrial or prehistoric (and most things in-between) but he can also offer tours on most subjects.

Mark has worked with Channel4 on Walking through History with Tony Robinson, NHK Cosmomedia (Japanese TV), BBC Countryfile Magazine, Country Walking Magazine, Many cruise ship companies including Viking Cruises, Nobel Caledonian, Silverseas, Kuoni, Royal Caribbean, Saga, Smithsonian and Disney. He's worked with Swedish archaeologists, Vogue Magazine, South West Coast Path and Breton school groups to name a few...

He is qualified to guide at Cornish World Heritage sites.

Mark has also published nine books on local history and walks in Cornwall.
