On Sunday 5th September, the long-awaited Tour of Britain will, for the first time, visit Cornwall and cycling fans across the world will be watching. To celebrate the occasion, Truro City Council and Truro BID have partnered with Old Bakery Studios to stage a one-day free event:

From 11.30am, Lemon Quay will play host to live music, Mountain Bike Stunt Shows, a bicycle art station, performers, DJs, street food and a bar.

Andrei Burton Events presents Man vs Machine. Andrei Burton is a multiple Guinness World Record Breaker and British Champion, who will be riding alongside fellow British Champion Owen Gawthorpe. These two will go through different challenges against a free runner to see which sport the crowd thinks is the best.

Cornish festival favourites Motown Pirates will be on the Quay, along with DJ Mark Hill (the original Artful Dodger). Also on the line up are Cornwall Rock Choir, The Scribes, Sam Richardson and the Renegades, The Stone Faced Wellers and The Stone Roots.

There will be an exciting array of street food with seating, an Old Bakery Studios outdoor bar, and Jenna Jaz makeup artist will also be on the Quay for all things glitter! All this and more!
