We offer a choice of three bedrooms (a maximum of six guests) and all prices include a generous breakfast. Ivy House is a 200 year old property situated in a private park and gardens, a very short walk away from St Austell train/bus station and the town centre (with shops, pubs, restaurants, etc).
We are also close to the major attractions of the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the fishing harbours of Fowey and Mevagissey, and the beaches of St Austell Bay.
Ivy House offers visitors the perfect location to explore Cornwall - with all parts of the county reachable during a day trip. We offer free parking and free WiFi - as well as free tea and coffee in the bedrooms.
We promise guests a peaceful and relaxing stay - as well as the chance to stay in a beautiful, traditional Cornish manor house.

Bedroom 1: King-sized character bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, basin and toilet. Views over the garden. Bedroom 2: A light, wooden-floor, double bed, en-suite bathroom, with walk-in shower, basin and toilet. Views over the garden and surrounding countryside. Bedroom 3: A large room, two single beds. The room has a basin and use of the bathroom – including shower and bath. The room has views of the town of St Austell and surrounding countryside. All rooms include wardrobe, a chair and desk, an armchair, a basin and soap, a luggage rack, a hairdryer, towels and tea/coffee making facilities.

Breakfast - start your day right
Breakfast is served in Ivy House’s large dining room, which features antique furniture and collections. The room offers a view over the garden and gets the morning sun. During winter weekends, we make use of the room’s open fire-place, so guests can enjoy a warming log fire as they eat their breakfasts.
We aim to source all our food and produce as locally as possible. Eggs are sourced from local Cornish free-range hens.
Dairy products – including milk, butter and yoghurt – all come from the locally based Trewithen Dairy, who take source their milk from farms in the local area.
Meat products come from our local butcher in St Austell, who buy their meat from Cornish farmers.
We also offer home-made marmalade, locally produced jams & Cornish honey – as well as a varied selection of home-made products, including our always popular pancakes!
The menu includes options for Vegetarians & Vegans and we seek to accommodate other dietary requirements too.
