Cusgarne Manor

Welcome to Cusgarne Manor

The Manor is a hidden gem overlooking a tranquil valley which has been transformed into a comfortable, adults-only haven with individually styled rooms. All three bedrooms have gorgeous views over the formal garden, and down the valley to the lake, and guests have exclusive access to a 13-acre nature reserve.

There is also a licensed bar and guests have use of the snug and the garden.

    Escape to the county...

Both of which can be explored on foot from the doorstep. It’s the perfect base for exploring the whole of Cornwall by car as we’re halfway between the coasts and only 3 miles from the A30. Cusgarne Manor is surrounded by leafy lanes which are perfect for walking, off-road biking and horse riding. Local countryside routes can incorporate local pubs or old mining landscapes. We’re also close to the coast-to-coast trail between Devoran and Portreath.

    Equestrian Holidays

We have a sister business (literally run by my sister!) which is a top-spec livery stables with an amazing sand school. We offer packages of horse accommodation (stable/forage/turnout) for £25 per night for guests staying at the Manor. There is lovely rural hacking here and fabulous beach rides nearby too, and we have lorry parking.

The room we stayed in here was amazing. The building and grounds beautiful and peaceful. The room spacious and comfortable. My partner is 6.8 and normal struggles with the beds when we are away, but here he was comfortable and he slept well. The room facilities were perfect, had everything we needed for our stay. The shower was Devine and the breakfast delicious. I will definitely be staying again when I next go back to Cornwall, wish we could of stayed longer.
