With an indoor heated swimming pool and adventure playground, there's plenty of variety to keep little ones entertained for hours on end. The Sunset Bar and Eatery is at the heart of the resort, where you can enjoy a glass of something nice and even some light entertainment and pop-up activities during school summer holidays.

Newperran is open from February to the beginning of November. If you are looking for a winter break, you can visit Newperran's sister site, Retallack Resort.

    Ways to Stay at Newperran

    There are many ways to stay at Newperran, from two- and three-bedroom caravans to superior lodges with hot tubs, perfect for family and friends. Why not indulge in our newest addition, The Stargazer? Our exclusive accommodation has a bathtub in the master bedroom and a hot tub on the decking, with a large open-plan living area and a star gazing roof window in the bunk room, great for getting the whole family together. We have one superior accessible unit which has wheelchair ramp entry, lower worktops in the kitchen, a wet room with shower and bed entry aid.

    Situated in the beautiful Cornish countryside, the resort is close to Perranporth and the vibrant seaside town of Newquay. So, whether you just take in the scenery, head to sandy coves or drop in on the excitement of the nearby towns, your stay at Newperran will be a holiday full of memories.

    Newperran is open from February to the end of October. If you are looking for a winter break, you can visit Newperran's sister site, Retallack Resort and Spa.
