Welcome to The Old Success Inn

This 17th-century inn oozes character. The Old Success occupies a commanding vantage point that overlooks the sweep of Sennen Cove’s lengthy crescent of golden sand. The beach is renowned for its surf, attracting riders to its waves from across the world.

The hotel bar shifts to suit every mood. A large terrace takes in a view of the cove, ideal for al fresco dining - especially during the evening when the bay takes centre stage for spectacular deep-orange sunsets. Inside, a cosy restaurant and bar awaits. The menu serves freshly prepared food and a wide selection of drinks with something to suit everyone, from families to romantic dates. Pair your choice with one of St Austell Brewery’s award-winning beers.

The area is blessed with dramatic coastal trails in every direction. Better still, the Old Success is dog-friendly, so canine friends needn’t miss out. The inn’s collection of 23 comfortable bedrooms are just the boltholes required following a day of discovery. There are 13 rooms above the Inn with a traditional and cosy feel and 10 contemporary bedrooms in a brand-new stylish annexe overlooking the beach. For a special occasion, be sure to book one of the superior double rooms to enjoy stunning sea views in an elegant setting. There are also dedicated family rooms, perfectly placed for a fun-filled beach getaway.

While you’ll feel like you’re on the edge of the world, Sennen Cove is conveniently close to some of Cornwall’s most popular destinations.

Our room is exceptional with a fabulous tea/coffee tray including coffee with cafetiere. beautifully done a real costal treat, right on the sea front. The pub itself is small and quaint with ample outdoor seating. The food was good without breaking the bank and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Really can’t fault anything. We loved the extra touch of the doggy welcome pack including bed, towel, blankets, bowls and dog beer!
