Welcome to Badgers Sett Holiday Cottages
Centrally located in an AONB between Liskeard and Looe. Surrounded by beautiful countryside on the edge of Bodmin Moor, with easy access to both the A30 and A38.
The holiday cottages where sympathetically converted to a high standard in 2017 and offer modern, comfortable self catering accommodation whilst retaining many traditional features. They have received a 4 Star Gold award from Visit England every year since. We are an ideal base for visiting both the North and South Coasts of Cornwall with easy access to golden sandy beaches and the South West Coast Path. Lanhydrock House & Gardens are a short drive away as is the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Should you fancy taking a peek at some of the TV locations used for Poldark, Doc Martin, Rosamund Pilcher and Daphne du Maurier, historic Charlestown, Fowey and Port Isaac are also close by.
Our three traditional Cornish self catering holiday cottages have been sympathetically converted from barns belonging to the original farmhouse, which dates back to 1640. The accommodation is comfortable, well equipped and furnished to a high standard. There is off road parking for up to two vehicles per cottage and 1.5 acres of south facing garden for guests to enjoy. An ideal base for a relaxing break in Cornwall, located on the edge of Bodmin Moor and within easy reach of beautiful sandy beaches and coast paths on both the north and south coasts of Cornwall. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs to Rosemary and Lavender Cottages. There are plenty of local Doggie Walks and dog friendly places to visit with your four legged friend close to Badgers Sett Holiday Cottages.

“Our family stayed in all 3 cottages: Rosemary, Lavender and Thyme at Badgers Sett Holiday Cottages and we had a wonderful stay! The gardens are beautiful, all the cottages are absolutely perfect very clean and well-presented, everything we needed for our stay was included. It was magical to wake up to the sound of birdsong and sheep! Fantastically positioned for visiting both the North & South coasts of Cornwall’. We will be returning! Thank you Julie and Neil for your warm welcome.”
