This beautifully presented, multi-award-winning, luxurious holiday cottage is just a few minutes walk from the beach at Widemouth Bay in North Cornwall. The cottage is family and dog-friendly and is set on a single level making it a great retreat for the whole family. The cottage sleeps six (plus travel cot) in two king size bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, and a twin room, and there's a large family bathroom. The spacious, open plan kitchen/lounge/diner is a great social space to enjoy spending time together.

Gwelmor was named the South West's Best Dog Friendly Business in the South West Tourism Excellence Awards 2021/2022 after winning Gold in the Cornwall Tourism Awards the same year. Our utility room is dedicated to our four-legged friends with a cupboard stacked with dog towels, bedding, leads, poop bags, shower head, sofa throws and much more.

A sliding patio door leads out from the main living room to a fully enclosed wrap-around garden.

There is parking at the front of the property for up to three cars and there is a EV charging point available for guests.

Gwelmor strives to use local suppliers and providers where possible. Our super comfy mattresses are natural and organic by Devon firm NaturalMat and our sustainable wooden furniture was made bespoken by Chunky Monkey, also in Devon. Artwork throughout is by regional artists or by the owner herself. Widemouth Bay has its own beach shop, surf schools, restaurants, bars and cafes, while the popular town of Bude three minutes drive away has a range of fantastic independent shops, galleries, restaurants, cafes as well as general supermarkets.
