Marners Rock

Dotted around the historic town of Fowey, Marners Rock is a collection of boutique holiday properties, which, lovingly restored and no design detailed overlooked, promise to offer a “home away from home” combining the convenience of self-catering with the added luxuries of a 5* hotel stay.

Three apartments in total, beautifully decorated and fitted with all modern luxuries, offer flexible, comfortable and stylish spaces to spend weekends or longer, for parties from 2 to 8 plus infants.

From beds you won’t want to get out of, dining spaces where home dining is more relaxed, and cosy living spaces for all the family, all apartments offer wonderful views, whether out to sea, over to Polruan, the estuary or over the roof tops of Fowey for you, and your dogs who are most welcome, to enjoy.

Marners Rock is a small, family owned boutique business, initiated in 2019, which set out to provide a new level of luxury self catering accommodation.

Attention to detail was paramount, ensuring that no requirement was overlooked, whether that be making the best of the views that we can offer, a kitchen with almost everything you would hope to have in your own, beds that you find so comfortable that you don’t really want to get up, or just those much needed private spaces for quiet reflection or simply to read your book.

Quality furniture, antiques, art, glassware, crockery, cutlery, bedding, linen, and Bamford toiletries are all part of what makes a stay at Marners Rock a memorable one whichever apartment you choose. Whatever the weather, stormy or sunny we have all that you need for a wonderful stay in Fowey.

The old adage, North or South is often referred to when deciding where to go in Cornwall. Both are very different and offer great holiday venues, but Fowey is extremely special. Its about history, character, wonderful eateries, great galleries and shops, being on (or in!) the water, sailing, paddle boarding, fishing, walking, relaxing, and above all a lovely community.

All year round Fowey has lots to offer, with the Fowey Arts and Literary Festival, Fowey Royal Regatta, Christmas Fair, Fowey Artisan Market (weekly) live bands and Cornish shanties, racing, walking (South West Coast Path) and an increasing reputation for becoming one of Cornwalls best “foodie” destinations.

Marners Rock offers wonderful accommodation from which to sample all that Fowey has to offer. We welcome guests from 1 night to 30 nights. And returnees are welcomed with open arms and a loyalty discount.
