    Location

The far West of Cornwall is an ancient landscape that is compelling in its beauty and remoteness. Iron Age settlements, pagan standing stones, crashing waves and sandy coves provide the setting for memorable holidays. There is a magic in the air of timelessness, beauty and connection with the landscape that acts as a tonic to both body and soul.

Porthgwarra is at the heart of the Estate and is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Wildflowers and birdlife abound, the South West Coastal Path stretches out and the entrancing cove with its tunnel cut through the rock is perfect for swimming, picnicking, seal spotting and rock pooling.

You'll find our unique cottages dotted along the coast, perched atop rugged clifftops and nestled amongst ancient countryside carpeted with heather. Sleeping up to eight people, our traditional boltholes are just eight miles west of Penzance, making them the perfect base for those carefree Cornish family holidays.

St Aubyn Estates Cottages make a perfect base for exploring the South West Coastal Path, surfing hot spots and beaches and are secluded enough for you to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the landscape. All our houses are also within easy travelling distance of the major attractions in West Cornwall with Land’s End, St Ives and Falmouth all easy to get to as well as popular destinations including St Michael’s Mount, Minack Theatre and Tate St Ives.
