We are open all year round for either a 4-day short break or a longer stay.

To help you settle into your relaxing break we offer many optional extras. From a free welcome pack containing the essentials for before you can get to the local Constantine Bay Stores, to bookable catering, massage, fresh flowers and champagne, we have added in those little extras to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Five of our seven lodges have hot tubs as do our two houses. These are perfect for an evening’s relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing or a nice dip after the beach.

All of our accommodation is furnished to a high standard. Decorated with a costal theme and with work by Cornish artists, from the colours to the finishes, it is all you could want from your seaside break.

Each property also has a gas BBQ, Smart Television as well as a Blu-Ray player and there is free Wi-Fi across the site.

Martha’s Orchard is an exclusive park that is gated at all times and accessed only by a number access code to help ensure the privacy and safety of our guests. Each of the properties and lodges has gated areas so that dogs can be outside but still off lead.

We are happy to welcome well-behaved family dogs (up to two per family). Many of the beautiful sandy beaches close to Martha’s Orchard are open to dogs and the South West Coast Path is great for longer walks.

We’ve also made sure that your furry friends don’t miss out on their stay and to welcome them we have provided treats, dog blankets for protecting the furniture, dog towels to dry off and both food and water bowls. Dog crates can also be provided on request.

In 2017 we were awarded a David Bellamy Gold Award and we are committed to preserving the Cornish natural environment. We have a sensory garden for our visitors to enjoy and to encourage the growth of wild flowers and to welcome native wildlife.

Our Manager, Rob Hawkins, offers a friendly and helpful welcome and is on hand to answer any of your questions. He is happy to give advice on things to see and do in the area having both holidayed and subsequently lived in the area for many years.
