Bodannon (Post Code TR4 8FJ) is a 4 Star, luxuriously styled four bedroomed beach house with a lovely bubbling hot tub exclusively for your use, private parking and heating. A large open plan living/kitchen area is a great place to get together to plan your days. A downstairs double room with Ziplink Beds and its own en-suite shower room makes it easier for the less mobile to also enjoy this fabulous property. A large Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite shower room and Balcony to the front offers a peaceful place to unwind. 2 further twin bedded rooms and a shared bathroom means there is enough room for you all to be comfortable. With Porthtowan beach being only 400m way this is a great place to stay to enjoy the delights of Cornwall. Don't forget to bring your dog! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome to stay during your stay.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and family bathroom, the master complete with en-suite, TV and balcony to the front of the property. Towels and linen are also all included within the price.

Tea, coffee, milk, squash, biscuits and a bottle of wine are provided, with our compliments, ready for your arrival to help you unwind and relax.

As with all Cornish Holiday properties, we have teamed up with many organisations and attractions in Cornwall. By doing this, we can offer our guests a variety of discounts to a number of locations; voucher codes for these will be received within your Digital Welcome guide before your stay.

We accept up to two dogs at no extra charge year round.

The house was a fabulous base and was great for the two rainy days we spent in doors playing cards and loving the hot tub! At the rear of the property, a compact space allows for drying clothes when required and is home to the hot tub which is exclusively for your use.

Parking is in two allocated spaces in the carpark which is centrally located in the middle of the resort and just a few meters walk to the property. There are also a few visitor spaces available but these are on a first come first serve basis.

Outside showers are also available in the car parking area to rinse off those sandy wetsuits after a fun filled day on the beach.
