Have the very wedding you've always dreamed of!

We welcome little elopements and larger weddings up to 40 people, casual or formal! Your specific requirements are very welcome!

We have a glorious Ballroom, Marble Hall, Drawing Room and unique Orangerie, all licensed for weddings and all beautifully decorated with antique furniture and really pretty new plasterwork.

And if you have visitors coming to your special event, we also have accommodation suites which are bookable in many combinations to suit the individual requirements of each visitor - sleeping up to 18 people in all. The Rose Gardens apartment sleeps 2-4, The Ballroom apartment sleeps 2, The South View apartment sleeps 5, The Terrace apartment sleeps 5 and The Nursery apartment sleeps 4. All linen and toiletries are provided and it's all rather luxurious.

If you don't want a wedding, or you just want to have a look, you may come and have a tour followed by a cream tea for £20 per person. We usually say a minimum of 10 people so gather your colleagues (or family) and come and have a historic tour of both the house and the garden.

Filming and photoshoots are a speciality - or special birthday parties and celebrations too. We also host wakes for people, being near the church and the crematorium.

We also accommodate conferences, lectures and seminars, with large rooms seating from 6 up to 40 people for half or full day events. And we can keep you going with drinks and light refreshments while you work!
