Seaton Beach
Seaton Beach in south east Cornwall is a large beach of sand and small pebbles at the mouth of the river Seaton situated at the entrance to the Seaton Valley Country Park; home to an abundance of wildlife such as otters, kingfishers, dormice, and fritillary butterflies.
A family-favourite, Seaton beach is great for paddling and play, with easy access, nearby facilities in the village of Seaton, yet benefits from being a quieter part of Cornwall to the east of Looe.
The beach is very popular with dog walkers, shore fisherman and is one of the few beaches in this part of Cornwall that provides good waves for surfing.
Lifeguards patrol the beach between May and September.
