Roly's Fudge Pantry St Ives

Roly's Fudge Pantry is based in the heart of St Ives since 2017 - opened by family owners Carrie and her son and daughter, Matt & Dannee.

Our traditional family-run fudge pantry makes crumbly fudge from a 100-year-old West Country recipe and we cook, pour, slice and sell all of our fudge in store.

Come see it made in front of your very eyes and try classic favourites such as Vanilla Clotted Cream, Rum 'n' Raisin or Chocolate, as well as a variety of more contemporary varieties such as Sea Salt, Salted Maple & Pecan and our vegan flavours.

What's New?

This year we have launched Advent Calendars - individually made and wrapped in store with 25 pieces of fudge (half a kilo in each advent calendar!), they are available for preorder until end of October 2025, while stocks last.

Roly’s Fudge is the latest sweet brand to create its own fudge version of pistachio chocolate, the Middle Eastern trend sweeping the nation. This new indulgent fudge with its striking green drizzle finish is as vibrant as it is delicious!
