Your family will love a day in Paradise on your Cornish holiday. An Award-winning wildlife sanctuary plus a fantastic indoor JungleBarn Play Centre.
Situated in Hayle on Cornwall’s north coast, just five miles from the holiday resort of St Ives and seventeen miles from Land’s End.
You’ll meet amazing wildlife, with exotic gardens and over 130 bird species including spectacular parrots, Caribbean flamingos, penguins, Cornish choughs, golden and bald eagles, hornbills, plus, rare red pandas, red squirrels, cute otter family and tiny harvest mice. On the Fun Farm meet mini donkeys, pygmy goats, sheep and guinea pigs – all adorable family favourites.

HALF-TERM ACTIVITIES • SPOOKY HALLOWEEN DINO-CAVE 11:30am & 2:30pm - Meet the Dino Rangers who take care of our baby dinosaurs – including a special photocall but watch out for those claws and jaws! Plus, head over to the JungleBarn to handle some amazing prehistoric artefacts. • TAKE THE ‘CLAWS, JAWS & ROARS QUIZ’ - Think you know your dinosaurs and birds? Test your knowledge of prehistoric predators and their feathered descendants, and discover who had the deadliest jaws, claws and hunting skills! Once complete claim your ghoulish sweet treat reward. • MEET THE OWLS 1:30pm - Discover the secrets of these silent night hunters and learn how they use their incredible senses to track down prey in the darkness! • LORIKEET FEEDING EXPERIENCE 2pm - Get up close with our colourful, cheeky lorikeets in the walk-through Rainbow Aviary. Buy a pot of nectar and enjoy the fun as they feed right from your hands! • PENGUIN FEEDING & KEEPER TALK 11am & 3pm- Come and see our colony of Humboldt's penguins at their twice-daily feeding and Keeper talk. • ASIAN SHORT-CLAWED OTTER FEEDING 10:30am & 3:30pm - Look out for our otter family, the smallest otters in the world. They are lively, playful, very vocal and always a joy to watch.
Whatever the weather, the JUNGLEBARN INDOOR PLAY CENTRE guarantees big smiles and energetic fun every day. Kids can zoom down giant slides, tackle exciting soft play challenges, or splash around in the toddler zone with its magical ball fountain - perfect for letting off some Halloween energy.
Tasty delights await in the OTTER POOL CAFE, while the JungleBarn snack bar serves up great-tasting hot dogs and cheeseburgers. Or grab some hot, crunchy crisps and treat yourself to a warming hot chocolate topped with cream and marshmallows — the perfect pick-me-up after all that Halloween fun!

A wonderful and worthwhile day out!
Enjoy the daily events including the Lorikeet feeding experience (small extra charge)which runs until 1 November 2026 , penguin and otter feeding, plus, the massive indoor JungleBarn Play Centre. On good weather days the Jungle Express Train will be out for a spin (small extra charge).
Fantastic indoor and outdoor play! The huge indoor JungleBarn play centre ensures endless fun whatever the weather. With giant slides, suspended rope bridge, fireman’s pole, spinning discs, multi-level soft play with lots of climbing and sliding, challenging soft play and a toddlers’ zone. It’s great fun for all ages.On good weather days Zebedee, the Jungle Express Train will be out for a spin! Board the train near the picnic lawn and set off through the gardens of Glanmor House on a small route of two circuits around the house grounds (not the whole Park). Includes the top section of Parrot Jungle, a trip through a tunnel with Twinkly lights leading to behind the scenes at the back of the house. There is a small extra charge, and train times can be checked upon arrival.
For refreshments, the Otter Pool Cafe serves locally made cakes and pasties to delicious Ploughman’s lunches and hot dishes. You’re always welcome take your own food and drink and enjoy the picnic areas around the Park. During the winter please see paradisepark.org.uk for more details.
If one day is not enough, then great value Return Tickets are available. You only need to pay standard entry prices (minus any discount if available) once a year, and then before you leave you can buy a Return Tickets for your next viisit in the season. Please note the scheme restarts ever Easter.
