Morgan is the quintessential English sportscar. The Classic Morgan design is still handbuilt in Malvern using the same traditional methods but now embracing modern technology to enhance the driving experience.
Driving a Morgan in Cornwall gives you the opportunity to sample the unique experience of driving a traditional open top Morgan whilst you explore the delightful landscape and coastline the county has to offer.
There are two Morgans for hire, a 2 and a 4 seater traditional Morgan, which can be hired by the day. Daily hire starts at 8.30am with a return time of 5.30pm, plenty of time to explore and truly enjoy your Morgan experience.
The 2 and 4 seater traditional Morgan can be hired for longer periods if required. In the summer months unless it is a short term booking we have a minimum hire period of 2 days.
Perranwell Morgan Garage is located just outside Truro in the village of Perranwell Station, providing a great central point from which to commence your adventure. You are within an easy hours drive of a wide range of interesting places to see and explore, including St Ives, the Eden Project, Padstow, Land’s End, St Mawes, Porthcurno and Marazion. If you want ideas on where to go we also have a series of day route maps available.
One day hire of a traditional Morgan costs £230 (inc VAT). These costs including everything for a single driver covering up to 100 miles a day. The only additional cost you will need to pay for is the petrol. We also have a MGB Roadster (convertible) and Morris Minor Convertible which are available for hire. A days hire including insurance for one driver is £195 for the MG and £180 for the Morris Minor.
In order to hire a Morgan you need to be aged 25-69 (70 - 74 by arrangement) and have a relatively clean driving licence. A minimum of £500 damage deposit will be required.
People sometimes hire one of our classic cars for a special occasion, or as a present. If you would like to give someone special a day out in a Morgan, MGB Roadster or a Morris Minor gift vouchers are available.
