    What we offer ....

We have 9 beautifully appointed guest rooms with full facilities including TV, fridge in the room, tea and coffee trays. Your room will be spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Free onsite parking for our guests, free Wi-Fi, guest lounge with large TV and DVD player, and comfy sofas.

Breakfast is served in our dining room, cooked to order using premium locally sourced ingredients, and a flexible menu to suit all dietary requirements. We have local information and knowledge to share with you too.

    Our Location

We are situated in the heart of Carbis Bay – very close to shops and restaurants. Carbis Bay train station is just 250m away and the beach is 400m. St Ives harbour and town is walking distance or just a 5-minute drive or a short hop on the bus or train.

A lovely B&B with great accommodation, warm, welcoming and extremely helpful host! My room was clean, spacious and well appointed, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Mark was very helpful with lots of suggestions about places to visit, and restaurants to eat in. He was kind enough to offer a lift to the station on the way out. The breakfast was excellent - the produce used was all local, and of very good quality. Highly recommended!
