Mermaid Holiday Cottage

Outside, Mermaid has a decked terrace area with seating. For stunning sea views then the communal seating area is just 10 metres away from Mermaid which overlooks the sea and beach of St Ives Bay. From there you also enjoy access to the coast path leading to the beach.

There is reserved parking for two cars with seasonal local pubs and shops close by, the beach is just 100 yards away.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in a separate utility room. There is a small breakfast bar in the kitchen area.

The dining area is furnished with table and chairs, a sideboard and a hifi system. The dining area leads through French doors into the spacious lounge.

The lounge has two 2-seater sofas plus an armchair, flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. There are numerous artists pictures throughout.
