The accommodation comprises lounge/diner, one double and one twin-bedded room. Fitted kitchen and bathroom, WC, shower and razor point. Suitable for 2 or 4 persons.

Linen and towels supplied. Electrical appliances include Sky TV, cooker, microwave, oven, fridge, spin dryer, kettle, vacuum cleaner, electric fire, fan heaters, iron, immersion heater. During the colder months central heating and hot water is provided from a combi boiler. Electricity is by meter - £1 coins only. Garden furniture is available for guests to use. Bal-Red now has WiFi.

Bal-Red is situated at the end of a wooded valley, in a small cove with a sandy beach and harbour. Mid-way to the main road is the Lamorna Wink pub where a limited bus service to Penzance operates. Suitable for walkers (located on South west coastal path), anglers and those requiring peace and tranquility.

Take the A30 to Penzance, along promenade to Newlyn. Turn up Paul Hill on B3315, turn left to Lamorna Cove. At the end turn left, last detached property before stream.

Terms: £300 to £600 per week. Booking deposit, balance on arrival.
