Bright, sunny position, with larger than average garden area, and surrounded by fields on two sides. Full central heating and double glazing - ideal for off season breaks. Powerful showers in all three bathrooms. Rental price does NOT include automatic membership of the Leisure Club, and entertainment, but does include use of the Cafe, and The Manor Arms Restaurant & Bar.

You can also use the Children's outdoor playground , Teen Den and Tennis Courts. The public pool in Newquay is called Waterworld.

    Notes on accommodation:

    Wi-Fi added to the property in 2022.

    This is a pet-free property.

    Group bookings are not accepted. (Group Bookings are defined as those where there are 3 or more adults between the ages of 18 and 30 in a single property with no children aged under 18 or adults above the age of 30.

    Outside: We think this is the best property on the site being situated in a quiet corner, with fields on two sides, more space around it than other properties, yet still within easy access of all the facilities when required.

    There is a robust wooden 8 seat picnic table/bench.

    Property cleaned between each letting. Bed linen and towels are supplied.

    Wi-Fi is supplied in the property and is available from the Cafe area & Restaurant.

    The rental price does not include automatic membership of the Leisure Club in 2023.

Everything you could possibly need is provided. Andrew answers any questions promptly and thoroughly. Our whole family does not have a bad word for this fantastic holiday home.
