The house sits in 14 acres of luxuriant gardens with a private lake, located just two miles from Penzance in far west Cornwall.

For larger parties or joint celebrations there are adjoining properties to let including; Apple Loft Cottage (sleeps five), Admiral's Den (sleeps 4) and the West Wing (sleeps 5) which are available throughout the year.

Apple Loft Cottage

Apple Loft Cottage is a charming and cosy property, refurbished and equipped to the highest standards, nestling by the courtyard just behind Nancealverne House. Located within easy walking distance of Penzance and only seven miles from St Ives. The ground floor open plan living-room has a roaring wood-burner, a farmhouse kitchen table and leads out to the south-facing cobbled patio. The cottage sleeps 5 in two first floor beautifully presented bedrooms, each with an en suite shower-room.

West Wing

This spacious first floor apartment with sunny, sheltered garden sleeps 5 and is situated in the west wing of Nancealverne House, a Grade II* Listed Georgian manor house. Located within easy walking distance of Penzance and only seven miles from St Ives.

The apartment has a large wood-panelled living room, well equipped kitchen and separate dining room opposite. The elegant master bedroom includes a king-size brass bed. The spacious second bedroom sleeps three and can be either 3 singles or one 6' superking double and one single.There is a bright bathroom with electric shower over the bath and glass shower screen.

The garden, lined by wisteria and honeysuckle, provides the perfect sheltered setting for an evening drink or an al fresco meal.

Admiral's Den

This elegant and spacious ground floor apartment sleeps 4 and is within Nancealverne House, a Grade II* Listed Georgian manor house. Located within easy walking distance of Penzance and only 7 miles from St Ives. The property has its own huge garden for children to enjoy and up to two well behaved dogs are welcome.
