    Location

From Trevalgan it is very easy to join the challenging coastal footpath. Walk to the sleepy village of Zennor, picnic on the way or visit TheTinners Arms, a real country pub. Walk the other way along the coast path to bustling St Ives with its cobbled streets and pretty harbour. There is a less strenuous walk across the higher fields to both places.

St Ives is just 1.5 miles, away by road, with tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and takeaways. Visit interesting little shops the many art galleries including the famous Tate and the beautiful sandy beaches. Porthminster Beach is perfect for families, Porthmeor for surfers and the harbour for building sandcastles with the children or simply people watching.

Wow what can I say, we’ve had the best few days away at Trevalgan farm, what a lovely little cottage we stayed in, The Stable was absolutely spot on for me, hubby and our senior dog Max, Russell has been fab, when I spoke to him and he said bring along food clothes and yourself he was so right, you literally need nothing else! The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need and I mean everything was in there! We’ve had some pleasant walks and also met a few of the animals on the farm, including Alfie & Betsy the family pets, anyone who stays here will not be disappointed, we’ve had cosy evenings in, it was just what we needed, time to relax and piece and quiet, we will definitely be back!
