  The Barn

  The Barn is a 3 bedroom cottage & comes with its own enclosed back garden. It's also very handy for letting the dog out for those early morning & late evening calls of nature while still in your PJs! As you enter The Barn, you'll arrive into a spacious lounge & dining room. There's 2 cosy sofas & a large flat screen TV & a nice big dining table. The kitchen has all the necessary bits & pieces for you to create a full roast dinner or an "a la ping" masterpiece of n those days when you just can't find the energy to cook. A bathroom with a shower over the bath & a separate WC. And to the sleeping accommodation! The main bedroom is the superking bedroom with its enormous superking bed. The bed in this room can also be split to make two single beds on request. Next up is the very sweet double bedroom, painted in a restful, neutral palette using the same eco~friendly paint we've used in all of our properties. Finally, we have our gorgeous green twin bedroom with the most unique little nooks to cosy into.

  The Cottage

  Weavers is located in the main farmhouse & has beautiful views out over Trewithrn Moor & our sheep & horses from the lounge & both bedrooms Bedroom 1 is a good sized double bedroom with a built in wardrobe & chest of draws. Bedroom 2 is usually set up as a twin room with 2 single beds. These beds can be connected to make a very comfortable sulking bed. Like bedroom 1, there's a large built in wardrobe & 2 upcycled Stagg bedside tables. Wraveras has a very spacious bathroom, a large lounge with flat screen TV & a separate kitchen with a beautiful upcycled pine dining table & chairs. This property has been redecorated using beautiful eco~friendly paints & upcycled furniture from a range of small businesses in the local area & the UK. It's a beautiful, cosy home away from home that's perfect for your next adventure.

  The Dairy

  The Dairy & The Stable are both 2 bedroom cottages sleeping up to 4 people. Each bedroom in these properties can be made into a superking, or twin bedroom setup making them perfect for couples, families or work away accommodation. There's a cosy lounge with a dining space & a well equipped kitchen perfectly appointed for preparing & enjoying a meal together. Both The Dairy & The Stable are located in our communal courtyard, the perfect spot for sitting outside enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, or a morning breakfast in the sunshine. Dogs are very welcome in all of our properties free of charge.

  The Hayloft

  The Hayloft is a 3 bedroom apartment that accommodates up to 8 people plus a baby in a cot. Bedroom 1 is a comfortable double bedroom with views over the courtyard. Bedroom 2 is a superking bedroom which can be made into a twin room on request. This room also looks out over the courtyard. The 3rd bedroom is fondly referred to as The Dormitory Room. It has 3 single beds, 2 of which can be linked to create a second superking. An additional folding full size single bed can be added on request. There's a bathroom with a walk~in shower, WC & full size bathtub. Next up is the 2nd WC ~ very handy for big groups. There's also a spacious kitchen with a full size dishwasher & all the pots, pans & cutlery you'll need to rustle up a tasty meal. And last of all the lounge/diner with a huge flat screen TV, beautiful dining table made from reclaimed timber & a lovely little enclosed balcony where you can sit & watch the chickens & enjoy a relaxing moment to yourself.

  The Nook

  The Nook maybe one of our smaller holiday homes but don't be fooled the lounge in this beautiful space is huge! There's a large flat screen TV, sumptuous velvet sofa for snuggling on, plus a lovely dining table for 2. The kitchen has plenty of storage cupboards along with all the bits & bibs you need to rustle up a tasty feast. The bedroom, drenched in gorgeous restful hues of eco~friendly paint is oh so inviting with its luxury superking bed. A perfect spot for breakfast in bed while reading your favourite book or magazine. Like our other properties the bed in The Nook can also be split to make a twin bedroom. We've had father & soncm, mother & daughter, & friends book this versatile little home away from home for their Cornish getaway. Of course there's also a bathroom with a shower over the bath & a separate WC so no need to wait for shower~hoggers to finish to spend a penny! The Nook is available all year round & as with all of our properties dogs are very welcome.
