Live on the Lawn with Housel Bay

Celebrate the August Bank Holiday in style at Housel Bay Hotel with another fantastic ‘Live on the Lawn’ music event, taking place on Monday 25th August 2025. This special summer session features the brilliant Cornish music artist, The Wave Machine, known for his laid-back, ocean-inspired sounds.

Following the success of their July edition, Housel Bay invites you to bring a picnic blanket, relax on the lawn overlooking the stunning Cornish coastline, enjoy locally-sourced drinks, and soak up the atmosphere with friends and family. The Housel BBQ will be firing up from 12pm, with live music kicking off at 3pm.

Tickets for the BBQ are £25 per adult and £12.50 for children under 12, including a feast of summer salads, sides, and a delicious dessert. Walk-ins are welcome on the day (subject to availability), but pre-booking is recommended to secure your place.

About The Wave Machine: The Wave Machine is the musical project of Cornwall-based multi-instrumentalist Angus Trott, blending guitar, bass, trumpet, and percussion through live looping. His sound draws inspiration from the rhythm of the ocean, creating a unique, uplifting, and relaxed vibe – perfect for a summer afternoon by the sea.
