The North Cornwall Book Festival brings together local, national and international authors for talks, conversations, workshops and interviews over three entertaining and inspiring days. The festival’s unique selling point is intimacy, with venues small enough that you can really feel you’ve met the author and a programme designed to let you make a weekend of it and come to almost everything without getting mental indigestion!

What happens?

This September, everyone’s favourite Cornish boutique book festival is back at St Endellion! The North Cornwall Book Festival, curated by international best selling author Patrick Gale, has launched its 2022 programme and it may be the most exciting yet. Expect an incredible line up of authors, including Kate Mosse, Kit De Waal, Jasper Fforde and Esther Freud, and evening concerts by Gwenno and performance poets Inua Ellams and Vanessa Kisuule. Located in the peaceful hamlet of St Endellion (near Port Isaac), the festival has a dazzling selection of talks, performances and workshops that you won’t want to miss out on! Come for the day and enjoy our beautiful surroundings, delicious food and drink, and festival market.

Authors from across Cornwall and beyond will be here to tell tales, discuss and entertain. Over the years authors have include Philip Marsden, Anna Pavord, George Alagiah, Amanda Craig, Lamorna Ash and Lisa Woollett, plus many more...
