The Cornish Shellfish Spaghetti

Squash, Chilli & Crab Spaghetti with Clam or Mussels

"This dish celebrates Cornish shellfish, a classic pasta dish turned into a winter warmer with the addition of the golden and sweet tasting squash. Join the A.P. Chef Cooking Crew and learn how to make the ultimate seafood pasta number. This dish incorporates crab and mussels or clams, bringing you a taste of the sea to your home."

The A.P. Chef Pie with a Wholesome Twist

Cauliflower Topped Spiced Lamb Shoulder Shepherd’s Pie

Served with a Waste-Free Cauliflower Leaf, Carrot and Pea Side

Lentils for Vegetarian/Vegan Version

"This dish brings you a classic pie but with an A.P. Chef twist using cauliflower mash as the topping. Served with an inventive cauliflower leaf, carrot and pea side meaning that you are using all of the delicious and edible parts of the cauliflower.

This Spiced Shepherd’s Pie uses diced lamb shoulder as the cut of meat, resulting in an ultra-tender fragrant base. Lentils are used as the vegetarian alternative and the sauce is reduced and thickened giving it a delicious depth of flavour."

 

Class 3 - March 18th @ 6.30pm

The A.P. Chef’s Cornish Fish and Chips

Beer Battered Fish, Rosemary Roasted Chips, Minty Mushy Peas & Tartare Sauce

"Nothing beats a mouth-watering cone of fish and chips as your stroll along a beach! A.P. Chef brings you a stylish version to be cooked and enjoyed at home.

Join the A.P. Chef Cooking Crew and learn how to make deep-fried fish and choose your favourite lager or ale for the beer batter. The rosemary roasted chips can be made from sweet potato or normal potato and A.P. Chef will teach you how to get those potato wedges crispy in the oven. The obligatory sides add extra herby flavours and provide a lighter alternative to original recipes."

 

Class 4 - March 25th @ 6.30pm

Savoury Spring Cheddar Scones and Leek, Bean & Spinach Soup 

Shredded Chicken or vegetarian option

"A.P. Chef transforms the Cornish Cream Tea into a satisfying savoury dinner. The soup can cater for vegetarians by omitting the chicken.

The A.P. Chef Cooking Crew will meet to make a warming dinner, celebrating blossoming spring ingredients. The cheesy savoury scones provide a delicious alternative to a bread roll and a buttered dipping slice for the soup. This dish is bursting with green goodness and is a great way to mark the start of spring."
